AML Analyst (CDI/Freelance)

EML is looking for an AML Anaslyst. The AML (Anti Money Laundering) Analyst will be responsible for the preparation and detailed analysis of the client’s file in order to propose an assessment of the client’s Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (ML/FT) risk according to the Group’s standards, which will be submitted to the banker for validation.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with AML analysts to better understand their business needs.
• Collaborate with global or regional data analytics and IT teams to understand the various internal and external data points and systems.
• Leverage this partnership to identify, test, refine and define patterns in the data to create value for the AML channel.

AML Analyst (CDI/Freelance)

Skills required:

Acting as a relay for the updating of Customer Knowledge on behalf of the bankers, the analyst, in conjunction with the other AML teams (Alerting, Compliance), collects, verifies and updates, if necessary, the customer’s structure, the completeness of the file, the evolution of the activities (flow analysis), the risk data, and prepares an analysis.

AML

• Experience working on AML/KYC projects, implementing AML/KYC solutions and/or deploying products
• Knowledge of transaction monitoring rules, understanding of money laundering scenarios and detection
• General understanding of AML alert generation, case management, SAR filing processes
• Understanding of related regulatory regimes and recent KYC developments – End-to-end understanding of customer onboarding process in at least one geography – Understanding of KYC data quality, remediation processes

KYC

• Understanding of CDD / EDD processes, PEP analysis, watch lists, customer risk profiling methodologies
• Recent developments in KYC document processing methodologies, generation and management of KYC alerts Common

Hardskills :
• Excellent business and data analysis skills with hands-on experience conducting workshops with business, operational, and technology stakeholders for author requirements specifications, user stories, and impact assessment.
• Experience executing engagements in large cross-functional, technology-intensive initiatives.
• Data analysis using SQL/MS Excel
